Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or general maintenance/construction.
• Multi-family property management experience is preferred.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance tasks including service requests.
• Respond to and coordinate resident service requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
• Conduct daily property inspections.
