Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multisite) to support multiple communities across the Puget Sound region.

You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartments, common areas, and amenities, and assist with contracted projects while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. Travel to assigned properties is required; you will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage supplies, budgets, and timely turns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
• One year of maintenance-related experience or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Inspect property to identify maintenance needs, determine scope of work, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in adhering to departmental budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Assist with unit turns and preparation for new move-ins.
• Attend required meetings, safety trainings, and professional development sessions.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
