11Residential is seeking an Area Maintenance Technician to support properties across the Olympia to Seattle region, with occasional travel beyond the area. The role includes prompt service, unit turns, and maintaining property appearance to standard.

A monthly driving allowance supports travel between sites, with on-call readiness for emergencies. The position requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work on-site across

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel to multiple sites and work on-site.
• On-call rotating schedule for emergencies outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including service requests and unit turns.
• Address resident service requests with minimal callbacks.
• Make-ready vacant units to meet standards and prepare for leasing.
• Troubleshoot and repair major and minor systems.
• Communicate status to on-site office and update work orders.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure properties stay clean and appealing for residents and prospects.
• Travel to various sites to perform duties as needed.
• Respond to emergencies during or after work hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
