Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. in Seattle, WA is looking for a Maintenance Technician (Multisite) to support Community Managers by maintaining buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

This role performs routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units and common areas, and assists with contracted projects. Travel to assigned communities, inspect properties, procure supplies, and assist with unit turns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance-related experience.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repairs.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and facilities.
• Inspect property to identify maintenance needs and determine scope of work.
• Assist with contracted projects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Purchase supplies and equipment as directed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor with budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and amenities.
• Assist with unit turns and move-ins.
