Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Bothell, WA to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks. The role covers preventative maintenance, painting assistance, and on-site repairs to keep residents and properties in top condition.

Must have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to rotate on-call shifts. Benefits include health coverage and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to rotate on-call schedule.
• Strong communication with residents.
• Ability to read and understand safety policies and SDS.
• Knowledge of PPE and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Completes service requests promptly and to standards.
• Ensures turn-ready vacant apartments.
• Performs turnkey work as required.
• Conducts preventative maintenance.
• Assists in interior/exterior painting.
• Maintains safety culture and reports hazards.
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding).
