Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems. The role requires on-call rotation and ensures apartments are ready for rent in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to rotate on-call shifts monthly.
• Strong customer service skills when communicating with residents.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance policies and SDS sheets.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe handling of cleaning materials.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Completes service requests promptly and to standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in time and performs turnkey work.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance on systems and surfaces.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Follows safety policies and reports unsafe conditions; conducts hot works per standards.
