Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to service Lakeside Place, Terava and The Hixon. You will perform general maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and support site teams to keep properties in top condition.

The role covers coverage across multiple sites with on-site presence, requiring a valid driver's license. Compensation is hourly, $25.00–$27.00 DOE, with standard benefits and a focus on safety and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple properties, including appliance repair, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds; assist with pools, laundry rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Conduct property inspections, inventory tools, and adhere to safety directives and MSDS procedures.
• Collaborate with site management on move-in/out inspections and special maintenance projects.
