CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Boulder Gardens and Holcomb Heights across multiple sites in Oregon City and Clackamas. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, appliance/electrical/HVAC work, and ensuring a safe, clean living environment.

The position requires a valid driver’s license for multi-site travel and offers hourly pay of $26.00–$28.00 DOE with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Maintenance technician experience in multifamily properties.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Perform appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial, and related work as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds; ensure cleanliness and pet-station supplies.
• Assist in pool/spa maintenance, laundry, recreation, and common areas.
• Ensure safe, clean, well-maintained community and moved-in/moved-out readiness.
