Job summary

CloudTen Residential, a Nevada-based multifamily property manager, is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to service Colonial Court, Idlewild Townhomes, and other communities. The role supports maintenance supervision across sites with on-site presence and travel between properties; a valid driver’s license is required.

You’ll perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, pool care), keep common areas clean, and ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Superior customer service and ability to manage difficult situations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance tasks across appliances, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Assist with pools, spas, laundry, recreation areas, and offices.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours.
