Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs to meet high standards of property quality and curb appeal. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in all aspects of upkeep, including preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

The position offers an on-site role with hourly pay range of $20.00 - $22.00 DOE and opportunities for growth. The Maintenance Technician will handle general maintenance tasks, ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to work independently and flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
• Assist with pool, spa, laundry, recreation areas, offices, restrooms and other common areas.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy and respond promptly to tenant requests.
