Job summary

Neighborly Communities is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician III to support maintenance across multiple Neighborly properties in the Oregon region. The role requires hands-on repair work, inspections, and coordination with Community Managers to ensure timely turnovers and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with residents and team

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of maintenance repair experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality and work well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage apartment make-ready process including inspections, repairs, painting, and vendor scheduling.
• Maintain grounds and amenities to property standards; assist with turnovers and inspections.
• Support Community Manager/Tech III; manage on-site attendance and safety compliance.
