You will handle routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and operate under company standards and policies. The job requires inspecting properties, performing repairs across appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, and coordinating with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family properties.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and repair appliances, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Perform general carpentry tasks (cabinetry, flooring, doors, locks).
• Maintain exterior grounds including landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot upkeep.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests while on call.
• Use Work Order Management system to track tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Interact with residents, vendors, and on-site staff professionally.
