Job summary

Neighborly Communities seeks a Maintenance II to manage on-site maintenance operations for our properties. You will handle make-readies, repairs, inspections, and vendor coordination while upholding safety and Fair Housing standards.

This role requires at least a year of maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on-site with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance repair experience.
• Pool certification preferred if pool site.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage apartment make-ready: inspections, repairs, painting, vendor scheduling.
• Maintain grounds and amenities to property standards.
• Oversee unit turnovers, inspections, work orders, and pool maintenance (if applicable).
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
