Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coach the maintenance team and monitor performance against community goals.
• Train maintenance staff on procedures, safety, and customer service.
• Assist Community Manager with annual budget and bidding decisions.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and CONAM policies.
• Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety and operational standards across maintenance activities.
