Job summary

CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Roving Maintenance Supervisor for Hunters Run Apartments in Beaverton, OR. This full-time role oversees maintenance across multiple properties, leads on-site staff, and ensures timely completion of work orders, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching the maintenance team, assisting with budget and bids, enforcing state regulations and company policies, performing preventative maintenance, and participating in on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in the multi-family industry preferred.
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair and carpentry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach maintenance team and monitor performance against community goals.
• Train staff on maintenance, safety and customer service procedures.
• Assist Community Manager with annual budget and bid recommendations.
• Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and CONAM policies.
