CloudTen Residential is seeking a Roving Community Assistant Manager to support Community Managers across multiple properties in the Portland area. You will rotate between sites, assist with leasing, administration, and financial duties, and travel between properties as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in property management, strong customer service, and proficiency with Entrata, Excel, and MS Word. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Property management experience a plus.
• Entrata, Excel and MS Word preferred.
• Professional appearance expected.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• 2-5 years of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and team support across multiple communities.
• Rotate between properties to assist with day-to-day management.
• Partner with onsite teams to ensure seamless operations and resident experience.
• Maintain flexibility to work at different locations based on business needs.
• Ensure strong onsite presence while supporting communities and teams.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between properties.
