You will maintain curb appeal, collaborate with a team of technicians and management, and participate in after-hours emergency coverage. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package and safety-first operations.

Qualifications

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances.
• Experience in property maintenance and multitasking is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee turnovers, conduct inspections, perform repairs, and cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain the community’s curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management to upkeep the property.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards in all activities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
