Job summary

Affinity Property Management is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities in Salem, OR. The role covers on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, responds to after-hours emergencies, and collaborates with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep properties safe and appealing.

You will carry basic tools, work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call, and enjoy benefits including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and a rent

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Own hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance across apartment communities.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of on-call rotation.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance issues as needed.
• Maintain common areas, report safety concerns, and help with turnovers.
