Job summary

Derrel's Mini Storage is seeking a Floating Facility Manager to cover multiple facilities in the South Valley area, including Bakersfield and Shafter. The role requires flexibility, the ability to work independently, and readiness to relocate between sites as needed.

You will lease units, process payments, and maintain safety and cleanliness at each location. The position can be full-time or part-time, with hours determined by business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background and driving checks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for assigned facilities during placements.
• Provide customer service, lease units, process move-ins/move-outs and payments.
• Sell storage units and related services to meet occupancy goals.
• Perform cash handling, deposits, and reconcile daily receipts.
• Maintain records and complete required paperwork and reports.
