Job summary

Derrel's Mini Storage, Inc. is seeking a flexible Floating Facility Manager to cover vacancies across multiple locations in Visalia, Tulare, and Hanford. You will take full operational responsibility during each assignment and deliver strong customer service, leasing, and unit sales.

The role offers both full-time or part-time placements with independent work, driving between facilities, and adherence to company policies and California law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record and insurance.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate full facility duties during each placement.
• Provide customer service in person and by phone, lease units, process move-ins/outs.
• Sell storage units and related services to meet occupancy goals.
• Collect rent, post payments, and reconcile daily cash.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and required paperwork.
• Inspect facilities for safety, security, and maintenance needs.
• Travel between assigned facilities as scheduled.
• Adhere to company policies and California law.
