Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass credit, background, and motor vehicle record checks.

• Experience with data entry and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for any assigned facility during each placement.
• Provide in-person and phone customer service; show/rent units; process move-ins/move-outs.
• Sell units, services, and packing supplies to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage rent payments and daily deposits; reconcile cash in the management system.
• Handle delinquent accounts per policy and CA Self-Service Storage Facility Act.
• Maintain tenant records and complete required paperwork and system entries.
