Derrel's Mini Storage, Inc. is seeking a Floating Facility Manager to support multiple locations in the North Valley area (Merced, Modesto, Stockton).

This role does not sit at a single site and requires flexibility to cover vacancies, vacations, and high-demand periods. The position may be full‑time or part‑time and involves leasing, rent collection, basic maintenance, and ensuring operational excellence across facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass credit, background and motor vehicle checks.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assume full operational responsibility for any assigned facility during each placement.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone, lease rentals, and process move‑ins/move‑outs.
• Sell storage units and related services to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect rents, post payments, and reconcile daily cash and deposits.
• Travel between facilities and adapt to site‑specific procedures and staffing.
