Job summary

CloudTen Residential in Portland, OR is seeking a Roving Community Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager across Couch 9 and Novus properties. You’ll handle administration, leasing support, and on-site operations while traveling between sites with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include coordinating leasing activities, processing applications, assisting with rent collections, and ensuring a high-quality resident experience across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in property management preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and office tools.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and team support across multiple community locations.
• Rotate between assigned properties to assist with day-to-day management.
• Assist with leasing, applications, and resident communications.
• Ensure high-quality resident experience and timely maintenance follow-ups.
• Support Community Manager in financial and administrative duties.
