CloudTen Residential is seeking a Community Manager for multi-site oversight in the Portland area. You will supervise on-site teams, drive leasing, manage budgets, and ensure compliance across properties.

This role requires strong leadership, adherence to Fair Housing laws, and a focus on resident satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will coordinate across sites, conduct inspections, and manage vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of property management experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and state landlord-tenant regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
