Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Roving Community Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties in the Portland metro area. The role involves leasing, maintenance oversight, financial duties, and resident relations, with on-site coverage and travel between properties. A valid driver’s license and prior PM experience are required.

The position offers an hourly rate of $30.00–$32.00 DOE, flexible site coverage, and career growth opportunities within a dynamic multi-family portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2 years property management preferred.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong customer service.
• Professional experience with Property Marketing, Entrata, Excel, Onesite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admin: support Regional Manager to develop a high-performing team and manage daily operations.
• Financial: oversee rent collection, deposits, and delinquency processes; assist in budget and reporting.
• Marketing/Leasing: market apartments, show units, process leases, monitor market conditions and renewals.
• Leadership: supervise staff, conduct meetings, provide guidance and training.
• Customer service: handle resident requests and maintain positive relations; ensure安全 and clean community.
