Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee operations for Couch 9, Novus & Artisan Apartments across multiple Portland properties. You’ll supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, with on-site presence required at various sites and a flexible work location.

The role includes financial duties, marketing, compliance, and team leadership. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position offers an hourly wage with leasing bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of property management experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive on-site team reflecting professionalism and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and grounds for safety and standards.
• Enforce move-in/move-out protocols with inspections.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquent accounts per state laws.
• Complete daily bank deposits and maintain accounting procedures.
• Promote units through approved platforms and showings; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff; provide guidance for excellence.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and promptly; ensure timely service requests.
