Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, and/or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; Propane experience a plus.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and DOT protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians.
• Leverage route optimization software to create efficient routes and schedules.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership.
• Ensure routes meet operational metrics while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Serve as SME for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, and reporting tools.
