Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts including billing inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and adjust daily routing to optimize efficiency and ensure timely service.
• Dispatch drivers, managing schedules and responding to operational needs.
• Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, phone answering, and correspondence.
• Communicate regularly with drivers and field personnel to address routing or service concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, customer interactions, and operational activities.
• Assist with light cleaning tasks to keep the office and workspace orderly and safe.
• Work collaboratively with others to support team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Accept and implement directions and corrective feedback from management.
• Work with management to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
