Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Service Coordinator to serve as the main liaison between customers, sales and service. In an assigned area, you will schedule and dispatch Service Technicians and contractors to complete work, order parts, coordinate shipment and installation, and ensure accurate invoicing.

You will review completed jobs for profitability and maintain strong communication and customer service skills to juggle multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Prior experience in a field service environment is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians and contractors to complete work.
• Assist customers and sales personnel who call in to request service.
• Order parts, products, and equipment, coordinating shipment and installation.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and review completed jobs to analyze profitability.
