Job summary

CRH is seeking a Dispatcher to act as the front-line administrator for customer needs, ensuring accurate order processing, scheduling, and delivery coordination. You will manage invoices, tickets, and shipping documents while maintaining strong customer rapport in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include dispatching trucks, coordinating with the sales team, and planning efficient routes. A HS diploma or GED and proficiency with MS Office are required, with experience in Lawson preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required, with intermediate math and pricing calculations.
• Able to multi-task with high attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Experience with Lawson software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks for outbound deliveries and schedule backhauls as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers and carriers to ensure on-time service.
• Prepare invoices, delivery tickets, and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ship tickets for audits.
• Plan delivery routes and monitor progress to optimize loads.
