Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations, including monitoring morning loadout and delivery activity.
• Oversee load out to ensure products are properly handled and secured.
• Report loadout and motor carrier compliance timely.
• Maintain professional relationships with location management, peers, carriers, and client staff.
• Support distribution center team with audits and process improvements.
• Use client-specific routing software to coordinate deliveries.
• Communicate updates with other departments as needed.
• Handle reschedules from motor carriers and process returns in client portal.
• Move inventory using material handling equipment as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for client escalations.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of time windows for next-day delivery.
