JP McHale Pest Management, Inc. is seeking a Router at our Buchanan, NY location. The role focuses on efficient routing of Pest Technicians’ daily schedules and ensuring seamless communication between customers, technicians, and departments.

You will work with customer service and operations to improve routing efficiency and act as the PestPac routing expert. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize routes efficiently based on Technician Service jobs.
• Make a large volume of calls to internal and external customers.
• Confirm appointments for same day and next day pest services.
• Route jobs using geographic knowledge and company systems.

**Job Description:****Router****Location:** Buchanan, NY**Reports to:** Branch Manager**Pay:** $23 - $28 per hour DOE**Position Overview**The JP McHale Router will handle the efficient routing of Pest Technicians’ daily scheduled jobs for their dedicated Branch location. They ensure the operations team’s daily communications between the customer, technicians, and other departments is effective. Works daily with customer service and operations teams to increase routing efficiencies.
