UniFirst is hiring a Route Trainee to learn the Route Service Representative role through hands-on training and a structured program. You will assist with deliveries, service, and route coverage while preparing to transition into a full-time RSR.

Ideal candidates are customer‑focused with the drive to grow in a field-based service role. Expect a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, and strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in UniFirst’s Service Certificate Program to prepare for an RSR role.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks.
• Deliver clean garments and return soiled items to customers.
• Provide route coverage when needed to manage established routes.
• Operate a company walk‑in truck along designated routes with safety emphasis.
• Work across indoor and outdoor environments with energy and attention to safety.
• Contribute to service department success and customer relationships.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
