Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Oak Creek, WI seeks a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and manage district operations. The RS reports to the District Manager and helps build a productive team while upholding excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities include leading route activities, conducting customer visits and audits, training staff, and collaborating with branches to ensure a superior customer experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and route-sales experience is expected.
• Excellent English communication, time management, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help develop district to boost productivity through training and meetings.
• Assist DM to ensure customer loyalty via visits, audits, installs, and problem solving.
• Lead district in changes, evaluate route organization, maintain a professional image.
• Support safety and SOP, evaluate procedures and implement improvements.
• Perform route duties and operate company vehicles safely.
• Assist in retention and growth, sales, promotions and customer relationships.
• When needed, perform RSR responsibilities at a higher level.
