Responsibilities

• Support the Service Department to provide excellent customer service and manage route districts.
• Assist District Manager with customer visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, and communications.
• Lead district operations, implement policies, coordinate with other branches and departments.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company SOPs.
• Perform routine route tasks and operate company vehicles in accordance with laws.
• Support retention, growth, and upsell within routes.
