Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and help manage district routes in the Birmingham area. The RS will report to the District Manager and work to deliver outstanding customer service and reliable route operations.

Key duties include coaching district staff, visiting customers, handling audits, implementing new installs, and promoting safety and SOP adherence while building strong customer relationships across branches.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service mindset and route sales aptitude.
• Good time management and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a productive district, with regular trainings and meetings.
• Support the District Manager in maintaining customer loyalty and service quality.
• Lead the district to success, communicate policy changes, and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and SOP procedures across routes.
• Perform route responsibilities and upsell services to achieve a profitable product mix.
