Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced position delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products. This role includes a 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certificate.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Self-motivation with service-oriented attitude.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying compliant with regulations.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
