Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

The position offers a comprehensive 10-week training, a solid base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek for most routes, and few nights or weekends, plus monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and valid DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma or GED; 21+ years old; provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
