Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products. Majority of work is a 4-day week with no nights or weekends.

You will build rapport with customers, ensure quality standards, and grow the base via upselling while adhering to DOT regulations and safety practices. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
