Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell to an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

A 10-week training program and potential for commission after route assignment accompany a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends. Competitive base pay with performance bonuses, and opportunities to develop world-class business skills are

Qualifications

Must meet physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
Self-motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork-based environment.
Positive attitude with ambition, organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
