Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemicals, and other facility services products—an active, fast-paced role with indoor/outdoor duties.

We offer a comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate, solid base salary plus commissions, typically a 4‑day workweek, and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT-compliant driving requirements.
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
