Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This role offers a starting hourly rate, solid base salary with commissions after route assignment, a 4-day

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and have an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
