Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services, with a comprehensive 10-week training program and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required; must be 21+; must obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Conocimientos

Valid driver's license

21+ years old

DOT medical certification

Documentation of previous employment

Educación

High School diploma, GED or Military Service
