Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily while building strong, ongoing customer relationships. This field-based role emphasizes reliability, safety, and exceptional service on a nationwide scale.

You will expand accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, contributing to the overall success of UniFirst’s service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in delivery, route sales, or customer service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers, daily deliveries and pickups.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks, ensure accuracy.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service with on-time deliveries.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety as a priority.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
