Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned daily route, delivering garments and products to customers and growing relationships on the road.

You will load and unload trucks, ensure accuracy at the start of each day, and deliver on-time service with strong safety practices. This role emphasizes upselling and sustained customer satisfaction on a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of each day.
• Deliver consistent, on-time service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell garments, products, and services on the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and professionalism in all interactions.
