UniFirst Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative who will manage a dedicated delivery route, handling garment deliveries and pickups daily. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, ensuring on-time service, and driving upsell opportunities to grow route revenue.

You’ll operate a company truck and uphold safety and accuracy while working a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT physical exam required as part of regulatory compliance.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks and ensure accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport and upsell to enhance customer experience.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities to expand the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck and maintain safety.
