Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated delivery route, serve as the face of UniFirst to customers, and ensure their needs are met with reliable service. You will handle daily garment deliveries and pickups, build strong relationships, and operate on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights.

You’ll load and unload route trucks, identify upselling opportunities, keep accurate inventory, and uphold safety standards while representing a nationwide company

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable using technology to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route delivering and picking garments daily.
• Load and unload route trucks and support daily operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, identify upsell opportunities, and grow the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, maintain safety and inventory, and follow safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with consistent weekly customers.
