Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated delivery route, delivering and picking garments and products daily, and growing customer relationships. You’ll load/unload trucks, ensure accurate, on-time service, and upsell additional garments to boost earnings.

This field-based role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer engagement. You will work a Monday–Friday daytime schedule servicing the same route and customers, with commissions contributing from day

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Experience in customer service or delivery is a plus.
• Ability to use tech tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route and serve as the primary contact for customers.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading and route preparation.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and returns, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships and upsell garments and products on the route.
• Identify opportunities to grow the route and increase earning potential.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow safety standards.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with the same customers each week.
