Job summary

Cintas is a leading provider of rental and facility services. Route Service Representatives manage and grow customer accounts on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and cleaning products.

The role combines in-field service with selling within an existing customer base. Expect a solid base salary with commission potential after routes are assigned, a 4-day workweek for the majority, and bonuses/incentives on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory with safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
