Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and cleaning products, while maintaining high service standards.

The role includes a 10-week training program with a starting rate of $24.00/hour, base salary with commissions after routes are assigned, and opportunities for advancement. Typical schedule features a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
